Oh wow this means anyone can buy them up If gm wanted to they can swoop in and buy up A123.

Thumbs down gm would be better off
buying into EESTOR somehow ... a123 is a dead end branch on the evolutionary tree of developing portable stored electricity. it will be cool until eestor gets here in 2009.
