That is not true. Of course you can come to a conclusion based on available data and still be neutral about new data. Any scientist worth his salt will change conclusions based on new data.

Arguments on both sides are allowed on the skepticalscience.com blog. It is one of the few places I've found with extensive references to scientific literature on a range of topics and presentation of climate data from those publications.
