Giving Chrysler to Fiat was probably the dumbest move Obama has made so far, and depending on who you ask, that's saying something. I think Chrysler should've been totally split up evenly and given to Ford and GM to do with as they please. Chrysler sucked up a lot of tax payer money and will still die a slow and painful death. Fiat got rich off it, and now they're going to take over Chrysler's dealerships to sell more foreign made cars.

Thumbs up guys.

I was reading an article today that they himmed and hawed about what they should do with Chrysler and decided that losing 300,000 jobs would've been too painful for our country in this recession, but it just delayed the inevitable at a very high price. GM and Ford probably could've done more with it than Fiat, especially since they are both headquartered right near by, it would've made more sense than giving ownership to more foreign auto makers.
