    Default Headrest

Anyone have any idea how to take out the front or rear headrests? I have tried and they will not come off. Weird thing is on the show The Mentalist, they had a grey Volt and on certain scenes, the front headrest was not there, so I know there should be a way to remove it.

You'll die easier if you remove them and get in an accident... snap your neck.

Default THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION MAY ALREADY EXIST IN THIS FORUM

Just a thought... As the number of Volt owners rapidly expands and the forum is asked to revisit questions that have already been addressed.

Before you post a question, if you go to the upper right hand corner of the page and use the 'advanced search' you will likely find that your question has been previously addressed. For example, on the subject of removing headrests, there are 12 posts that come up as a result of that keyword search.

Yes, they do come off but it's not readily apparent how. Even the owners manual doesn't indicate how hard it is to find the other buttons you have to press. Check this page from my blog where I figured it out.

I posted a complete guide to removing the front headrests (with proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization) a few weeks ago. Do a search of the forum if you need more information.
