BlackBerry 10 O/S allows for sideloading of Android Apps.
However, those apps that used Google Maps APIs would not work. Thanks to the wonderful work of some CrackBerry members, there is a script to fix those troublesome apps. Here is the thread over there for more details.

I've converted ChargePoint and Blink Network apps. I tried PlugShare, but that one is crashing on my Z30.

In order to install, you will need to sideload these apps. I use a utility called DDPB.
Edit, OK I was able to get PlugShare to work. Need to also install Google Play Services.
com.xatori.Plugshare_v2.5.2.40.bar
com.google.android.gms_v1.403.4536.0.bar
If running 10.2.1 see below for the apks as sideloading is no longer necessary.
