Another Volt in Hampton Roads, VA

I'm happy to say that after a long wait, my Volt finally came home yesterday evening!

After selling my previous vehicle (a 2002 Saturn L200 with 172k miles) at Carmax, I went to my dealer (Hampton Chevrolet), did all the paperwork, and drove away!

I have joined the few other Volt owners in HR and I'm loving it so far!

I also have a Volt and am in the Hampton Roads area now. The car is originally from Garber Chevrolet in Jacksonville, FL though. Either way would be cool to see a bunch of them together in one place. I have yet to see another one since I have been in Virginia... Is Hampton Chevrolet the best dealer in town or? Cause I do need to change my preferred dealer since I have moved, and am trying to do research on who is best to swap to.

I mainly went with Hampton Chevrolet due to their location, which is only a couple miles away from where I live. No issues there so far. I've also used the service center at Hutchens Chevrolet for the Saturn I had (traded in for the Volt) and had good experiences there.

If you're on the Southside (Norfolk/Virginia Beach), I can't say anything about the Chevy dealers there, having never used them.

In the 2½ weeks I've had my Volt, I'm happy to say that I've done over 300 miles so far and haven't used any gas while driving (I did use a small amount when showing that the engine will run when the hood is raised while the car is on). The more I drive my Volt, the more I love it!
