No chance for a direct fit. Are you really being serious?

You do know the 2011 Volt comes with Nav/DVD...? Have you taken delivery of the car?

It definitely wouldn't fit. The Cruze and Volt use two completely different center stacks. If you are looking to play DVDs while driving or extending the features of your GPS (if you have a 2011, you should have the Nav system standard), then you may want to check out the LockPick system. http://www.coastaletech.com/gen6lockpick.htm

LockPick is not available for the Volt. They need a test car, and can't get one.

Given all the computer code in the Volt that essentially runs the car, I'd be reluctant to have someone experimenting on mine as well!

All cars are this way these days. I would let them use mine for a free unit pre-installed.

But they are a long way from Houston in Florida, and they need a car for a week.

Once the Volts are pumped out for a while they will get one. They said they usually get a car from a dealer.
