That generally means your username or password was incorrect - can you log into onstar.com or myvolt.com with those credentials?
I was approaching 14,000 miles on a single tank of gas, and apparently the On-Star data showed the car used gas on 8/6 or 8/7 (it didn't). Interestingly, if I look at single days by filtering the main page no engine usage shows up.
Mike, do you know what's going on?

I think John is probably correct about temperature changes. What I was seeing was in downloaded data and not understanding exactly what the new "achievement status" tab on the car's details page was telling me. The "current timeframe" was not the same date range as the "best timeframe" and I asumed the achievement had topped out. The timeframes are now the same again.

Fluke,
Are talking about the gallons burned as reported in the VoltStats data? If so, those numbers are calculated based on the MPG and total miles. My gallons burned continues to tick up slightly even though I have not used any gasoline at all. Mine seems to tick down by about 0.002 gallons per day. Also, look at Total Miles - EV Miles for those dates. See if OnStar is reporting that you drove ICE miles even if you did not use any gas. I know the Volt will switch over to gas prior to the engine actually starting, so the miles would be reported as ICE miles, even if no gas was actually used.
I would really like to know how OnStar calculates the MPG as it seems to have no basis on the amount of gallons burned as reported by the car. I have driven 13,509 miles and used 4.2 gallons as reported by the Volt. This should be somewhere around 3,200 MPG, however OnStar is reporting it as 2,707? Based on on the 2,707 number I would have burned 4.99 gallons. This is at least 0.75 gallons off? Since I have 4.41 gallons remaining, this would mean that I started with 9.40 gallons which is above the capacity of the tank.
