Electric Motorcycle and Scooter Sales to Skyrocket

BMW and other automakers are offering electric scooters as an entry level vehicle to their brands. I am stunned that Honda hasn't already offered a hybrid or electric motorcycle / scooter - I've seen many of their concepts, but nothing that I've seen for sale.

Actually, that Twizy would suit my needs well - most of my driving is on non-highway, 6-lane thoroughfares with a speed limit of 45 mph. The 3 hour recharge (I am assuming at 220V) is quick enough so that a 1 hour charge would generally get me home.
