I was on track to get 50+ miles, until I hit some really bad stop-and-go traffic. I ended up with 46 miles driven, with one mile left on the dash indicator. One thing I did notice, the next morning I left with 99% charge, so the dash did not reset to zero EV miles for the charge. (Looks like it only resets when you are FULLY charged...what makes it easy for people to 'cheat' with pictures of their Energy Usage screen.)

Had the car about a month and we've driven ~500 miles with only using 0.2 gal of gas

I got over 2000 MPG...until going to EVS-26 caused me to burn some gas. Boo haha.

My first day with the car I managed 49.6 miles on the battery with 37 miles showing on the battery when I took delivery of it. This was steady state 55 mph with the climate control on ECO. I have video still on my camcorder to edit and upload to my youtube channel of that drive home, and will post that link when the video is updated.

I suspect a big difference between cars. An acquaintance routinely gets 43+, and I routinely get something in the high 30s (with excruciating care can exceed 40). We swapped cars for a few days, and the numbers remained with the cars, not with the drivers. Upon reVolting, the numbers remained with the cars, again.

    Has anyone else tried this?

No, though have tried swapping drivers, no volts for me to try. When my wife drives in winter she gets 30.. I get 40.
In summer she gets 38-40, I get 48-50.

Your results are a little surprising and interesting. I presume you mean actual miles driven, not the estimated range (which has a history element).

    Cool

After 3 days, I decided to join the 40+ club. Mid 80's in DC, ran Sport + Low, ECO, no attention to green ball. 2 EV miles left when I pulled in the driveway. Next goal is the 50+ Club!

Today: 1 mile left after 41.0 EV miles. But I did draft trucks on freeway and slowed down significantly below the 55mph speed limit on the country roads (no traffic behind me) on way home to achieve this.
