MyVolt.com Issues?

Anyone else having trouble logging in to myvolt.com? I haven't been able to log in for the last two weeks, but can log into onstar.com and can use the iphone app. I called Onstar and was transferred over to literally every department there and no one knew what the problem was or what to do.

I had same problem a couple of days ago, and I had to register again and start over. All is ok now. I used it today just fine.

Was finally able to figure this out. My password included a $ sign in it. That was fine for the onstar and phone app, but apparently not for myvolt.com. They apparently don't enforce their password restrictions when you enter a new password in. The lesson is, no symbols in your password.

You know now that you mentioned it, that was possibly my problem too, because I had to use a different password.

I had trouble the other day where I couldn't get the login popup to appear using Firefox 3.6 or IE9. I was able to log in using Chrome. Today, it is working again using Firefox.
