I yesterday I got responces from about 30 or more michigan Dealers concering Volt allocations and availability, as expected almost all had used allof there allocations and had orders waiting, the farther you get from the detroit area the prosects are better, some have not recieved their allocations yet but are expecting them, at least two have one open allocation (it was three I used one). A few have one or mor volts being shipped to them that they do not yet have a buyer for. Also a GM advisor search turned up three Volts on dealer lots on the east coast, on in NJ one in MD one in VA.

Atlantic Chevrolet on Long Island has a silver Ice Matallic listed on their website. $41,000. Not sure if it's still there, but it's listed. They sell at MSRP.

I can see where you're coming from. We're driving ours from there in the next week or so to Florida. 1300 miles. We didn't want to wait.
