Does the volt come with a remote start? If not, can you get it as a option???

Yes. It comes standard. Remote start on the key-fob and also using the OnStar app on your smart phone. Love it!!

I believe this functionality also can be controled via your PC (web browser)(OnStar link called MyVolt.com)

If you leave the Volt parked for over 120 hours, the MyLink app will not start the Volt. Simply call the OnStar advisor and they can start the Volt.

I am a bonafide Californian, My car will NEVER even go 16 hours without starting unless I am dead or hospitalized. lol.
