Blackberry App for Onstar Mylink?

I just watched a Chevy promotional video for the Volt, and a CES 2010 video that both showed Onstar Mylink on a Blackberry. What happened to that? Everything I have seen lately says it only works on iIPhone or Android. I have a Blackberry for business reasons (linkage to our corporate email and ERP systems) that I can't switch to IPhone or Droid. I don't want to pay another $70.00 per month for a second smart phone and worse have to carry two devices around.

Does anyone know what happened to the Blackberry app for Mylink?

spoke with my volt advisor, spoke with a head engineering guy at an unplugged event, my dealer, called onstar customer service, call onstar from my volt and pretty much got the same answer over and over which is fairly rare as you usually expect several different answers......it was originally planned but they ran into technical details and cut plans for one. There are also no plans on the horizon for a blackberry (or any other version). I prodded that a bit in the hope that a glimmer of hope would emerge for one eventually....pretty much only heard that nothing was planned. Any other news I've read for 'future versions' is either speculation or rumor at this point. I hope what I type and have heard over and over is wrong but this is the last straw for me....i'm ditching blackberry for android; shame as I love my blackberry.

Nope.

My BlackBerry will not access MyVolt.com. I just get a picture of the car. This smacks of unfair practices. We should not be forced to buy a new phone and monthly service just use the MyLink features!

I don't know if this is RIM (BlackBerry), GM, Onstar, or Android/Apple, but it stinks!
