    when I leased my 2011 from USBank the interest rate was 0.6%. A few months ago, I helped a guy in florida figure out HIS USBank #'s and his interest rate on a 2012 from them was 2.04 Hope that helps. btw. that rate converts to a money factor of 0.00085.

    These numbers are corrected to reflect the post below by "Voltohio." My apologies...my recollection was correct...my math - not so much

    I did the 15,000 mile U.S. Bank lease on 9/26, here's some of my info:

    Aquisition fee: 695
    Govt fees (ohio): 72.50
    Documentation fee (Ohio) 250
    Residual: .46
    Money factor: .00085
    No rebate:

    I used the calculator from this thread and it was within .50 of my actual payment.

    @voltohio - Thanks a lot! That's exactly what I needed.

    Does anyone know if you pay sales tax on trade-in $$$? Would that be like a rebate?

    No problem at all. And I did trade in a vehicle for my volt and the trade in amount was not taxed. That might be different from state to state, but in Ohio the trade in amount is not taxed. Hope that helps.

    HighHandicapper, nice spreadsheet overall. One thing I am quite confused about, though:

    Why is the finance payment calculated on the Net Capitalized Cost plus the Residual Value? This seems to "double-weight" the Residual Value since it is a part of the Capitalized Cost anyway. I can't figure why the amount financed should be any amount more than the Net Capitalized Cost.

    (Side note: In my opinion, this U.S. Bank lease is not a good deal compared to an Ally Financial lease.)
