My understanding is that Eastern CT is a second wave territory. I placed my order with an Eastern CT dealer on 8/14 and my order status remains to this day at 2030. My dealer said that he expects Volt production for his region, and my order to begin second week of Jan. I’m skeptical. My guess is that what he really means is that orders may be accepted by GM in that time frame.
Has anyone with an order in Eastern CT progressed beyond status 2030?
... specfically the note at the bottom about 2030.
The FAQ also has a post about Connecticut availability in general, which I think you already understand, but you might want to take a look if you haven't already. Link below. Also search this forum for "Connecticut", as there's been a thread or two on that.

"In NJ and CT, there seem to be a dividing lines, where parts of each state are considered close enough to NYC to be first wave, and the rest are second wave. The dividing line for NJ is reported to be just north of Princeton. The dividing line for CT appears to be between Fairfield and Waterbury."
If anyone gives me information to refine that, I'll revise the FAQ post.
