I listen to a lot of hip-hopso I prefer a system with tight (not boomy) bass down to 40 Hz. My home theater sub (12" Tang Band driver in a pre-fabbed box) hits hard down to 20 Hz no problem.

I have a 2012 Volt with the Bose sound system. Has anyone else noticed that the speakers seem to go in and out when playing music? It seems like the volume will sometimes go out or get quiet on the driver side.
