Default Electric Car Charging at work

I'm trying to convince the company I work for to install electric car charging stations, or even 110v outlets in the parking lot for electric cars, as there are no easily reached outlets there.
I'm not having much luck, there is a lot of resistance to spending the money, especially as the building is leased.

Does anyone have any ideas of incentives that maybe available to companies to provide electric power for their employees that commute with electric cars?

I am with you. I was able to get my building to put in a 120-v line for my parking spot. I used it for my MINI E all year, and will use it to increase my Volt's effective EV range to 80 miles per workday.

Coulomb is offering free charging stations in certain areas through a DOE grant.
