Thought I'd share these pics I found for discussion. These are good up close pics of the center stack and heads up display. Most of the buttons are legible. They look like they are mostly for the radio/CD player.

Looks like it will take some getting used to. A lot of buttons.

Man o' man, what were they thinking with that shift lever?? That area could have been storage or something.

I agree with DaV8or. They could have fit a little 5-position (PRNDL) switch, slider or wheel somewhere else. Maybe just above, near the power button.

From the picture, it looks as though the Volt may not have dual climate zones. I hope it does because this feature really useful and is expected in a $40,000 car. Maybe it comes up in the touch screen.
