Eventually, we will be driving RRBEV's (rapid recharge battery (or cap) electric vehicles) and PFCEV's (plug-in fuel cell electric vehicles).

Perhaps instead of battery, we should merely say "charge storage" or CS, RRCSEV (rapid recharge charge storage electric vehicle), whereas fuel cells represent chemical storage in hydrogen, hydro carbons and alcohols.
