Gary Castelu has an interview with Bob Lutz on Fox Car Report about the Cadillac CTS-V taking on all production comers.
I love this car and what Bob is doing with it. Towards the end of the interview when Gary is talking about performance cars and their spot on the food chain, Lutz indicated there will always be those who will pay more for a more potent vehicle but that how it will be done will be changing. He expects that strong hybrids will move into that arena. Gary picked up on that and asked about seeing a Volt SS or a Converj-V in the future. Lutz's response was "I would not discount that possibility". He spoke of the flexibility of the platform to tune it towards one performance goal or the other. He also mentioned a desire for more government support of cellulosic E85 which can be made from waste instead of food.
