Thanks Jason for this news and I agree with you DaV8or, history will answer in time who are the true founders of Tesla (if it still matters at that time).

Eberhard did not come out looking cool in this battle. I would suggest making a better company and product than Tesla and the Roadster. Success is the greatest revenge. Crying like a baby? Not so.
