Default CleanTechnica hasn't reported any (positive) BOLT reviews

CleanTechnica will report the slightest bit of good news about tesla cars, but has said nothing about the positive Bolt reviews from Consumer Reports, Car and Driver, Motor Trend or Forbes.

I've personally gotten into arguments with some of the authors at CleanTechnica about miss information on the Bolt EV. They have a very slanted opinion on the Bolt EV and I would even go so far as to say that they feel threatened by it.

Personally I think it's a good sign that CleanTechnica is not reporting on the Bolt EV. That means that they are having trouble finding fault with the car.

I still remember their crap "Bolt EV delayed 3 months" piece. When they were proven wrong, they deleted the article hoping people would just forget it. What a joke.

    Electrek.co isn't much better

Besides the gm-volt.com front page blog, places like Insideevs and greencar reports seem to have a lot more balance in their reporting and articles without hearty injections of Tesla fanboism (or GM/Bolt/Volt hatred) into every 2nd sentence.

My impression is that Insideevs and Green Car Reports are just happy to report on anything EV related. They don't seem to show any favoritism that I've seen.

I can't wait for their hands on road test where the Bolt is left dead on the side of the road with a nifty photo of a stranded driver. Only behind the camera was the trailer they were towing and 4 other passengers and all their gear.

That's about how fair they are. Not sure why they hate GM

What do you expect from a site with a TSLA ticker in the header?

If asked to rank brand agnosticism in the EV blogosphere, I would put them in order as follows from most neutral to least:

Hybrid Cars / Green Car Reports (tie)
    Inside EVs
    CleanTechnica
    Electrek (a.k.a. Tesla's Pravda)

But even Electrek can surprise me sometimes. Fred Lambert was, after all, the first to challenge CleanTechnica on the "3 month delay" story. CleanTechnica has promoted a couple of my posts, so they get points for that.

I read them all to get a balanced view.

You know the old saying your mother taught you, "If you can't say anything bad about GM, don't say anything at all. Or make something up."

I ruffle their feathers a lot of times... I try to be balanced in my comments though, and they concluded that I am a GM fan and a Tesla hater.
