    Good Afternoon.
I posted a question for you on your YouTube page after seeing some of your Volt Videos. I like the idea of the ability for quicker
acceleration, but, have a GN, and, motorcycles for times when I feel the "Need For Speed". Of course, a little burst now and then
would be fun. My interest would be greater electric range, and, possibly shorter charge time. I know that the on board charger will
only allow for so much charge, but, have you noticed if there is the ability to charge faster than the 3KW that is offered stock, or,
a way to "safely" access more of the 16KW battery? The Hold Mode would be nice as well, but, a faster charge would probably be
    better in MY situation.
    Thanks

Hold mode should be easy if you have a handle on the code and interfaces. I haven't seen explicit explicit instructions yet, despite being able to start and stop the ICE on mine via OBD2 queries which also trip the safety disconnects. I wait with bated breath while someone reverse engineers the GM code.

Not sure if there's a thread on this already, but has anyone worked on modifying the touchscreen program? I'm not sure what software GM uses, but I'd like to make some changes. You could also display some of the data you guys have been talking about on the screen.

Yep. Just read all 21 pages.

We've had our share of spoof posts here usually by someone using a new logon.

I hope that this is legit and that faster 0-60 than my HEMI is possible. Since I'm originally from Missouri and believe in reproduce able results, I'll withhold judgement until there are 5 or 6 Volts running 11s (heck, 15s) at the local track.

    Loboc,
go to the EFIlive.com site and check it out. Looks like you can download all the maps in the Volt's computer (which are in the 600 range) and plot them. I haven't quite figured out if that applies to the Volt I think that is what jesse is doing now. I don't think this is a spoof.

This sounds like an expensive set up. MDI by itself isn't cheap plus you need a subscription. I'm not sure what TDS is but I think it is software that is used to write the new files to the Volt's computer.

Also if you go to EfiLive website there is a free down load. I'm not sure what this download does for us.

    Anyone know.?

What hardware do we have to buy in order to do this? And is there a link to it?
