Default Kinetic Blue Touch-up Paint - Source?

I am told the color code for Kinetic Blue is 388A.
My dealer STILL hasn't received any in, and I can't find any online that specifically say they are for the 2016 Volt.
Has anyone found a source for this color touch-up paint and confirmed that it's a match?

Have you purchased from them before? Are they a good match or should I wait for the official GM part?

Check the interweb. Just like any other OEM color.

It's touch up paint. Unless you are doing a whole fender instead of a nick or scratch no one will notice anyway. The quality of your prep, brushing (or spaying) will affect the results more than any slight variation in the color—not that I am saying there is one.

Here is another source that's been posted in GM-Volt (like the above), but they don't have 388A listed: http://www.paintscratch.com/cgi-bin/select-color.cgi

Believe it or not one color code may have several names. The same color on one model may be called something different on another. I've ordered from them before, prompt shipping and good paint, I'd order from them again.
