    Just had my rear/side tail lights replaced from a warranty issue and to pull and replace the lights, they have to remove the rear bumper. Dealer had my volt for 2DAYS and said just to remove the bumper it's a 10 hour job. Weather or not that's actually true, I'm not sure. Just thought I would pass on the info. Good luck Mike

    Maybe they meant the actual bumper and not just the bumper cover. Almost all newer vehicles have the bumper covers held on by plastic / nylon rivets that you break off to remove and use new ones to reattach.

    Not true at all! Stingray installed my stealth hitch and charged me the remove and replace rear fascia code for doing so. About $150. Last time I checked, the shop service rate was NOT $15/hour.
