Its not really a single entity, its a collection of blog writers. The last negative one did not know what they were doing, more amateur or paid assassin than journalist.

The article talks about Volts with $10,000 discount + rebate. Wonder where those are located!

In the mind of the writer. They are considering the lease rate and then probably double counting the tax credit.
