Cool 4.09 a gal was final straw

I bought my volt on 9-12-12 when gas hit 4.09 in michigan am glad I did. Car drives like a cadillac. I purchased a 2013 summit white w/ black interior. I drive 140 miles a day to work and saving $70.00 a week over my 11 malibu. Lifetime so far is 98mpg. Best car I have ever owned. Absolutly Love It !!!!!!!.

Congrats. I can say that after 13months I'm still grinning.

Do you get to plug in at work?

Can you charge at work? I take it you can, because that is a lot of miles a day!

And congrats on getting such a fine car!

And speaking of 'drives like a Cadillac', I wonder if the ELR will.

    Congratulations!!!

I feel for you for those gas prices. Our prices fell again yesterday back to where they were before the holiday a few weeks ago - ~$3.48 reg. and $3.79 premium @ Sam's Clubs.

Welcome to the growing Volt family. If you can charge at work you are very fortunate and will really make Volt ownership the best vehicle for your situation.

My commute to work is 22 miles round trip so even w/o being able to charge at work I have not purchased ANY fuel since April 22nd and have only used about 11 OUNCES for 3 Engine Maintenance runs.

And I'm looking forward to the ELR.
