Congrats!! Welcome. There's a lot to learn here, and a bunch of mostly friendly people too. You might want to register your car on Voltstats.net. That's a website which pulls trip information from the car through Onstar, allowing you to see how you're driving. Along the way, it shows us how the fleet as a whole is doing. Right now, the typical Volt driver is getting 175 mpg! (misleading, of course, since that's because 80% of their driving is on the battery from wall power.)
Thanks saghost hubby is already registering the details now
Congrats. You'll love it. My nephew lives in Toronto, great city. Ever been camping up to Algonquin Provincial Park?
2011 Volt #3371, Black, New Hampshire
This is our first car since being in Canada. I'm from the UK so im learning to drive on the wrong side on the road and on the wrong side of a car in a volt lolololo
We have not been camping yet but that is on the agenda for next summer. i just need to get used to driving then we can do all the great things we've been missing.
Congrats on the car! Why are we not surprised that SpookyLady has a grey Volt? LOL
I'm sure you'll really love the car. It's super smooth, very quiet, and super responsive. Not sure it would be my number one choice for camping (low bottom) but for everything else it should be super.
Congratulations! Welcome to the Volt Family.
Cyber Grey is a special color for those with refined taste, haha.
My experience driving on the wrong side was in the Kent countryside in the UK. After a pleasant lunch at a country inn, I forgot were I was until I saw the other car coming down the road blinking its lights! Driving habits are hard to break, especially when no one else is on the road to reset your sense of "side".

VOLT TIPS & SECRETS
hahahaha can just imagine the other drivers thoughts of you driving on the wrong side.
Volt should be ideal car for progressive folks in canada plus harsh winters and Volt excels in that weather. warm seats and blast of hot air inside. You will lose some EV miles but then you will enjoy the smooth ride.
