AySz88, you have summed it up pretty well with the cognitive bias concept. I think people need to understand this bias in life as it would help them have a deeper understanding of what is going on with much of the polarizing thoughts these days and maybe, just maybe help them see things more objectively rather than letting sound bites tell them how they feel.
