    Default Anyone having trouble with phone app

    I can't access my Volt via app. I called onstar from the car, and they are looking into it. They could log in, but now that I am home, it seems myvolt.com is hung up, it's not logging in here either.

    Is there an issue with myvolt.com or onstar remote app today? Anyone else having problems?

    It was working yesterday.

    Yes I was also. I was charging with Blink today and was trying to monitor it.
    BEWARE, Blink charges for the time plugged into the car. I only needed about a 3/4 charge and was charged until I unplugged.

    It's back. I think it was Internet problem. But it wasn't working on the phone either. All ok now

    Yes. I seem to be able to get everything working except for alerts. I get an error 900 and 108. Called On-Star 3 days ago, still not able to set any alerts via the phone app....

    They seem to be having issues with the email side of it. I am getting Text's

    I can get email or texts to work so far, and as of an hour ago, lost connectivity to the car in general.

    Same here - app works for all features except alerts (albeit slowly) especially at certain times of the day

    Search for the (several?) other threads on the same topic. I might have missed it above, but if you're referring to the iOS version of the OnStar RemoteLink app, most of us had the same issue. The workaround that seems to universally work is to perform the initial setup of your alerts via the Android (ack phbtt) version of the app. Once set up using the Android version of the app, the iOS version will continue to work and even allow you to enable/disable/change your alerts. I did this after weeks of calls to my VA and OnStar and have been successfully receiving all alerts since. If you don't have a friend an Android phone that you can temporarily set up to do this, you can possibly go to your local phone carrier's store and do it on one of their demo phones.

    OnStar/Remote App combination is extremely slow and buggy. Alerts still do not work properly, 8/12 amp charging option still not available, connection errors, delays, and so on. At lunch today it took several minutes to remote start my Volt. Too bad because I was showing to a friend. Not impressed at all.

    I've contact OnStar about the alerts issue. They say they are working on it. I suggest more people hit the onstar button and ask for technical support. I also want the new Siri Eyes Free feature GM committed to. Please make it come in time for my iPhone 5 next weekend....
