"I purchased from Stingray, but have been interested in leasing in the future. I am thinknig about leasing from Stingray in the future to try to use it under a business expense if I can get a rental property set up."

I'm interested to hear exactly what you mean. I have a rental property, but rarely have to go to it...and it's near my house. I would think you could only claim business expense for the few miles that you are driving to the rental? Is that not correct?

I live in the DFW area and bought locally at Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine , TX . I ended up with some very fair deals on two Volts . Each one did have more than 60 miles on it , but they took off $3375 off msrp and I didn't have to pay any shipping costs .

Everything was put in the lease term. The acquisition and residual numbers did not change during the course of negotiations. They were bang on the national numbers for US Bank.

I leased my 2011 from a dealer in Austin, TX and drove it home to Chicago. didn't do it for money….. the car was simply unavailable in Illinois at that time.

The transaction was very smooth and I was happy. The only gotcha was about 4 months later the leasing company informed me the dealer had underpaid Illinois taxes (they simply miscalculated what was owed) and I now owed $500 more. The leasing company paid the state and billed me and made it clear that there would be no late payment fees so I could pay it over a few months.
