RoRo... WOW, what an EYE!
These are small devices that emit a beeping sound. They activate when the Volt is placed in "reverse" and they are triggered when they detect illumination from the backup light. Since the Volt is silent, and I have a stiff neck and wear bifocals, I wanted to ensure that pedestrians heard my Volt when I am backing out of a space. I wish I had an emitter that said "caution, old man who can't see, can't hear, can't turn his neck and can't figure out if you are standing behind him, is about to back up..."
Or, I was thinking of having a remote speaker with Clint Eastwood's voice saying "Go ahead, make my day" followed by The Terminator "Hasta la vista, baby..."

Thank you for the reply.

Unfortunately, all of our prismatic reflectives, including the 983 series, have
permanent adhesives, so there is a chance that they will damage the vehicle
when you try to remove them.

The 680CR series does have a removable adhesive, but doesn't have the same type
of reflectivity. Rather than being a prismatic(like a traffic sign), it is a
beaded, which has a more diffuse light reflection. An example of a beaded
reflective is what police cars and ambulances use for the signs on the side.
