While that part could use daily cleaning, the rest of the car can go weeks...it's pretty strange.
Yes, I have the same problem with my black car. I can run through the car wash, wipe it down, and by the time I get home, I have to wipe off the back end again, because it will have attracted dust onto it. It must be the way the aerodynamics work, somehow it creates a vacuum effect at the tail of the car when it is driven.
