My wife came home and said about my Volt, "I hope it holds up. I heard those cars don't last as long." She was of course referring to the Leaf. That's the issue now. All the electrics are in this together. Until people can distinguish, which is years away, every car reflects on another. The Prius seems the only exception. The Prius gets credit for doing things the other cars succeed at even if it does not of it. Amazing how the public psyche revolves around the Toyota brand. They pulled off something of a miracle.
