Is the number of red LED flashes symbolic to a specific fault or does it always stop after 5 flashes then start over again?

My EVSE got submerged in the tub I had it in. At first I got a fault. Then tried plugging it in after I thought it was dry and it made a buzzing noise. Took it apart and dried it out over the course of 4 days and now the top light is green and the bottom flashes 5 times then starts over.

Green with flashing red. That condition is covered in the hang tag picture above.
