Sounds like you have a bad charger. Get it swiped out. I just hope the dealer is easy to work with.

Did you try the Hi-LOW charge setting as well -this should not be a factor on a ground fault but is something to try.

People might want to snap a picture and print out a small copy and store it under the charger fr the plastic pages that come with the charger cord. A second driver could need that info some day or what the beeps mean.

I keep getting my car un-pluged at a friends house because all 4 green light on the charger were on which means a full charge -RIGHT :-)

Yup, I completes the pre install survey, a day or so later they called and setup the appointment with the electrician to come quote the job. He said install was very easy for my setup so there shouldn't be any out of pocket expenses but I'm still waiting to confirm that on Monday.

If you have tried the charger in two homes and the ground fault indicator is showing a fault... It's time to take the charger in to your dealer and see if it needs to be replaced.

    @ jbankO,

That is very good to hear that they were able to take care of that for you! Hopefully you will not run into any further charging issues.

Recently, there has been battery technology that may obviate the need to use inductive power in the roads for our future electric vehicles. The market will demand and eventually get functional solutions regardless of what the radicals from either side of the isle think is best for us.
