Made a dumb mistake before jumping into a pool. Accidentally left my RKE remote and my wallet in my pocket while swimming. The remote seems to be working so is it safe to say its waterproof?

It's water resistant.
If you want to be safe... Remove the battery cover. Remove the battery. Let it air out overnight with the cover removed.
