Jim - That's exactly why I didn't get a garage. I was afraid I'd fill it to the rafters with crap!

Leviton EVB32-5ML Evr-Green 320 7.7 Kilowatt Charging Station with 25-Foot Cable

In use about a month now- works great! Volt took to it like a fish to water.

Installed by an electrician for $350 including new 40 amp breaker, external wire in armored sleeve.

I have it strung via a ceiling hook and then to a wooden ladder that hangs above the car. I can easily use it in either garage bay and out in the driveway as well.

I spent a little extra to "future proof" a bit (I hope) by going with a 32 A unit. It is also a "plug-in" (as opposed to hard wired), so it can be moved within the space if need be, or to a new home if I move or sell it.

Like the Volt, "Designed, developed and assembled in the USA".
