Email survey request from OnStar

I just received an email request from OnStar today, or at least the survey company supporting them.

See part of the email text:

For completing the final survey by May 22, 2012, you will be entered into a drawing for $500 and another single drawing for $1,000 for completing all three surveys.

Too bad May 22 was six weeks ago.

Anybody else get one of these recently?

I got it last week... lambasted them for an extremely slow web site, and poor functionality.
