    Bonaire, you can turn the car into ANY GM dealer, you do not have to return the car to where/dealer it was leased from

    Yup, either they don't think they are going to meet their quota to get the extra $2,500, or they are one of those dealers that will happily give up a sale if they aren't going to make the profit they would ideally like to see.

    Of course, while the $2,500 dealer incentive is great for customers who know about it (just about anyone reading these forums), it really stinks for dealers that aren't going to meet their quota (I'm guessing one of the other popular dealers in these forums did so well their quote was impossible to reach, and that is why they are sitting this out, and referring to $2,500 under invoice as an unsustainable business model).
