Default Window Rain Guards or Wind Deflectors

Just got my 2012 Volt 3 weeks ago (765 miles on 1.7 gallons of gas - Woo Hoo) and have been looking for window Rain Guards so that when the car sits out at work all day (poor baby), I can crack the windows without worrying about rushing out to roll up the windows. Have searched all the regular automotive sites (Pep Boys, Autozone, ect), talked with my Volt advisor and my Chevy parts guy at the dealership and nada.
Anyone have any suggestions or web sites they could pass along. Just seems like no one is making this accessory right now.

    Thanks

Sorry I don't have a source for rain guards. I'll speculate that this accessory might never show up because you can remotely start the AC before you get to your car, obviating the need for opening the windows.

I'm thinking of getting a solar powered window fan.

WeatherTech has window deflectors for the Cruse. They might fit.

It seems that there isnt much in by way of after market toys for the volt, splash guards, wind deflectors, etc, , I think the deflectors would be a great item and also the splash guards, i have a black volt, every time it rains i have road junk all over the side of the car,
Would be nice to open the window slightly without letting the rain in,to help cool the car off alittle

If you want to kill the excellent aerodynamics, go right ahead with the window rain guards, deflectors, splash guards, etc. Your dealer might just sell you a fake vinyl top with big chrome halo rings, a horse collar grille, and big white sidewall tires while they are at it. No thanks for me on any of the above. If you want to cool the car off a little, that's what the automatic HVAC is for. You will use less energy running the AC than with the windows open. If you don't believe me, see the onboard efficiency tips on the center display.

A few more items may be needed: curb feelers, running boards, and an exterior window visor.

Yes the car sides do get some spray. I have found that my weekly car wash takes care of that pretty well.

I would agree with any of the above statements about add-ons. They'll destroy the aerodynamics. My second test drive was in a Volt with a bike rack on the roof installed by the dealer. Not only was the wind noise horrific, you could see the battery drain before your eyes. No thanks!
