Welp finally got my car back. The charging error that came up when I tried to pick it up last time ended up being a blown fuse. They replaced it (was a 15amp with a 20amp) after working with the Volt technical team. Everything seems good so far, no return of the refrigerant issue yet so only time will tell.

It's nice to have it back though, miss driving it!

Is it supposed to be a 20 and somehow a 15 got put in, or is it supposed to be a 15 and it's a little over-current but not enough to be exciting (15.3A, say) so they put in a 20? The former case is someone making a mistake but the latter is a problem that should get fixed the right way.

They didn't say unfortunately, from the sounds of things the technical assistance team told them to swap it out without much explanation.
