    For about $30, you can get an OBD2 interface that will connect to a laptop/netbook (or anything USB). I can see 1/4wH increments, even after getting back from a trip.

    Speaking of cooling, you can use the 240v charge station to precondition the Volt in the winter with heat, and in the summer with cool without drawing from the battery. That's the main reason I got the 240v Voltec. The faster charging is nice, but not a huge factor for me as the car charges while I sleep either way.

    I only used 10kwh for a couple of months, then it dropped to 9.7 or so where it has stayed, temperature be derned...

    I am having the same problem. Volt ad-vizors are idiots.
    I am down to 9.6 from 10.1.... I am guessing its the temperature in the dfw area. range seams unchanged and is still about 44-48 miles per charge. 5300 total miles.
