Los Angeles area electricians for Level 2 charger install?

I'm looking into getting a Volt soon. I want to take advantage of the LA DWP EV charging rate ($0.025 / kwh). In order for me to do this, I need to have a second separate meter installed.

I plan to run the 8 gauge cable myself, and install the 240V receptacle in the garage (it's a relatively long run, one corner of the house to the other). I was just going to pipe the wires back to the panel.

What I am NOT going to do is replace the panel with a dual meter setup.

Can anyone in the Los Angeles are recommend an electrician they trust for this kind of work?

I'm working with an independent local LA (near Hollywood) to install the following for less than the LADWP rebate.

separate 240 circuit - alongside current house meter to leverage different TOU plan.
install GM-Voltec charger

He's finishing and getting permits in the next week or two so I can let you know how it goes. You can pay another $400 and have an SPX guy install the charger probably still come in under the $2k.
