    Default 0% APR / JUL2

    Hello Volt enthusiasts!
I will be coming back from temporay duty July 1, which is a Sunday, and I want to get a Volt. However, the dealership is closed on Sundays. Is the 0% APR still available on Monday the 2nd of July? I am thinking that it is but I don't want to go and find out that I missed it by a couple days! Just trying to get all my ducks in row. Thanks!

BTW, I am an old lurker here.. since the volt was announced and since Dr. Lyle put up the site..visting a few times a day before the volt release and then pretty much weekly since. After all this time I am _finally_ getting a Volt.

The Chevy Volt web site says that you have to take delivery by 2 July. It may be extended of course. If you are getting a Volt I'd strongly suggest negotiating your deal before the expiration date.

It's a great car and I'm sure that, after such a long wait, it will be even better!

July 2 is the last day of the Q2 period. The GM Card extra bonus cash also ends July 2.

Anyone with a GM Card, we've gotten mailers which state you can get an extra 1500 bonus earnings on top of any earnings allowed on the Volt (1000) so you can actually get 2500 off max with current-day GM Cards. Which is quite nice on top of any dealer dealing and state rebates offered, etc.

Default I had a $1,000 coupon from Chevy. HAD TO take delivery by 31 May.

Proud new owner of a fully loaded White Diamond. You should be fine taking the car on 2 July and if you can lock everything in so basically, they are doing some prep work, you should be able to swing the deal.

With the 2013's coming I'd be surprised if it wasn't extended to clear inventory.

Contact your dealer, explain your situation, work a deal and get it in writing. Good luck.
