A lot of people don't understand why, so it's worth repeating. The other dealers will lose a lot of money if they try to match it.
That's because a handful of dealers get an extra $2,500 from GM for every Volt they sell through the end of August (if they managed to sell triple their GM-assigned quota from a few months back). A couple dealers are aggressively selling Volts through these forums at invoice minus $2,500 or so (passing on the extra $2,500 to you), so if you call a dealer and ask for that price, chances are very good they will be losing at least $2,000 on the sale -- which pretty much guarantees they won't match it.
