Spotted a Volt (silver/grey) in the Wild today near Palm Beach Gardens, FL !!!

My husband and I are visiting Florida for a few weeks. We're from NS, Canada and the Volt hasn't made it there yet so we decided to go to Schumacher Chev to see the Volt. On the way there, on North Lake Blvd, we saw one pass us and then turn off just a block or so before the dealership. How about that !?!? Pretty exciting day, I've waited over 5 years to see the Volt.

Hey fellow Canuck...I have seen a couple of Volts in the Toronto area. My dream is to drive my Volt to Nova Scotia and see that beautiful province for a summer vacation...I hope it's soon.

Once you drive one, you will never go back to the crude and primitive internal combustion engine. I had a loaner Malibu while my Volt was in for the recall service. I knew it would be difficult driving the Malibu, but I had no idea how much I would despise the experience...the noise, vibration, stopping for gas, the lack of wonderful technology that comes with the Volt (Onstar App, USB for my music, Navigation...).

I found myself muttering not so kind words as I approached the Malibu to get in and start up the crude means of transportation. Electric drive is the future of the automobile; of this I have no doubt.

Have a safe trip back! Enjoy Florida. It is also truly a beautiful place.

P.S. If you see Mr. Limbaugh or that other genius Gingrich (to not name a long list of others), step on his big toe for me will ya'...and tell him to stop sabotaging their own country. Also tell him to pick up a book and do some more reading and a lot less talking.
