New Volt owner - came over from a 2002 M5 and can't believe how much I enjoy this car!
As much as I love my Volt, I absolutely cannot stand their preferred charging station vendor SPX. Customer service is horrible, their communication is almost nonexistent, and they are more than happy to let you know how little your business means to them. As hard as Chevy is working to promote the Volt and go out of their way to provide dedicated, knowledgeable Volt advisors - SPX is working just as hard to do the opposite. Has anyone else had a bad experience with them - and how do we let Chevy know how their vendor is impacting their customer's Volt experience?
