I absolutely would... But the price for this race is RIDICULOUS. It is awesome, but SOOO EXPENSIVE...

No, but I'd be interested if I could get the time off and had the money for it. Don't particularly care for the start and end points. How about starting in Savannah, GA and ending in Seattle.

My wife and I do do "Open Road Races" however, just not in the Volt - yet.
We do the Big Bend ORR in Ft. Stockton, TX - http://www.bborr.com/home.html - and enter the 110 MPH class in our CTS or Vette. With the Volt, we'd probably have to stick with the 85 or 90 MPH class. Might have to try it sometime.

I never saw a "shining sea" the last time I was in Toronto. A lake, yes, but no sea.
